1 up 1 down self contained flat. My flat was the one above. Flat is in Bonhill Alexandria G83. From the moment I phoned they were pleasant and very professional and helpful to my situation. They were very easy to talk to , and for someone like me who finds it very hard to talk on the phone, especially discussing these matters , they put me at ease straight away and were exceptionally friendly. They explained the process in a very understanding manner

Relocating from Reading to Ipswich, from a building with 2 flights of stairs to one with a spiral staircase. Challenges included tight access for the 3 seater sofa exiting the property. Change of plan with the move as all items were originally going into storage but I found somewhere to live so a revised plan and quotation was required to deliver into my new home. The virtual viewing went smoothly and given the distance worked really well. The office team were very helpful. The team who arrived were smartly dressed, friendly and on day 1 worked hard to get everything moved out and loaded into the vehicle. It was a long day but once everything was loaded they departed and I met up with them at my new home on day 2. The unloading process went a lot quicker. The team''s good humour helped make a really stressful move go smoothly and as hassle free as possible. Very impressed with the whole service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A 3-bed First floor flat plus loft conversion in a 1930s building, in E4 London. McCrae’s have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They have been professional, patient and friendly throughout. My sale has not been easy; the property was on and off the market plus the deal nearly fell through right at the end, but throughout the process the team at McCrae’s have helped me take the best course of action, read the market movements, strategised and encouraged. They have a fantastic attention to detail, they are responsive, even to the point of calling during out of hours to give updates and they have always given a level of service that i’d have never found elsewhere. I am of the opinion that house buying/selling doesn’t bring out the best in people, but McCraes are the exception; I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

3/4 bedroom end of terrace house in the E4 area McRaes are simply the best. The team are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their clients. Craig, Lisa, Jess and the team kept me informed throughout the selling and buying process. When I was unable to get to my solicitor, they picked up the paperwork, brought it to me to sign and returned it to them! What other estate would do that. Nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with any issues promptly and kept me informed all the way through to completion. If you want an experienced, knowledgeable team to sell or buy a property with, I could not recommend a better team than McRaes. As I said at the beginning simply the best.
