Engineer came as requested by lime property to checks electrics. Work requested by lime property, the firm called and arranged a time and date, lady who called very polite and easy to talk to. Engineer explained what he was doing and answered any questions that I had. Engineer very polite and friendly, he got on with the job and explained the outcome to me.
John came to do the electrical check on behalf of Lime Property, No charge as it''s a rented house John was very helpful and explained everything he was doing ,he knew what was REQD and came across as nice guy.My wife is poorly atm and he was understanding. He told us about the report that he had done and said we will get a call when the work can be done.I would recommend your firm to anyone who needs work doing in the future and John is certainly an asset to your company. Thankyou Mike and Vanessa Freeman
I organised a office overhaul and Lawrence Fairfield Ltd upgraded our lighting to LED and installed additional power, network and USB outlets. Control systems were also upgraded to help to decrease our environmental impact. Following-on from this they then carried out similar works to our canteen area including the installation of new power supplies to an oven and dishwasher. The main contract was quoted for and despite two quotes being similar we found Lawrence Fairfield Ltd more responsive and helpful so we placed an order with them. They were then organised and efficient and the team were friendly and communicative throughout the works. The work was finished on schedule and to budget. There were additions to this but they were itemised and explained during the works so were not a shock! The work went so well that we carried straight on to an additional refurbishment of our Canteen and they accommodated this extra work to fit our schedule. A pleasure to work with.
The removal and installation of a double built-in electric oven. The service from beginning to end was carried out in a very professional way. I was in addition, impressed by there voluntary removal of there footwear without my insistence. I would without reservation recommend them to anyone who appreciates not just a professional service but done with good humor and due consideration to the property of the customer. Finally, I would like to conclude by stating ''well done'' to them and thank you.
Re-wire of external building. Professional job completed. Always arrived on time and clearly explained scope of works. Very satisfied with work and cost of job, would highly recommend to others.
To fit 4*3 phase sockets to workshop and add 10*16 Amp sockets and replacing cable as required. Arrived on time and work completed as expected.
Completed check of all of electrical system in house wiring, plugs, lights. Helpful and Professional. An excellent service all round.
Rewire of Kitchen and new extension. Excellent service from start to finish. Josh rewired my Kitchen and new Extension. He was polite, tidy and very competent. He also suggested ideas for new lighting which looks fabulous. Sandra in the Office was very efficient and helpful too and charged exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this firm and as soon as I organise my new Summerhouse will be in touch with them to wire in the sockets and lighting.
New wiring for extension, kitchen boiler and lighting for scheme to make house accessible for disabled person The firm had done work previously a number of times and when they refused to give price for job just assurances I mistakenly trusted them. Another trade, then the building inspector highlighted they had fitted 2 ovens and hob illegally, spliced old wiring onto new, simply added everything including the new boiler onto a single existent circuit, not earthed the hob or boiler. In addition, light switches were in wrong rooms and too high, a TV point was installed over a work surface not requested, and I was charged for an electric toilet installation that I do not have. When I asked for some money back they sent me a solicitors'' letter asking for a further £300. They claimed I agreed to pay them hourly (I am retired on a widow''s pension and benefits and would never have agreed to such an arrangement)- so I was eg charged £120 when 2 men went and collected a 45 cm plastic pipe for the extractor. These detailed hourly charges were not on their original invoices - they had difficulty trying to find hours to fit what they had charged me. So it took 6 hours for 2 men to put in 4 spot lights? Putting their work right will cost over £1000. Should I risk money by counter suing? All they have to do is dissolve the firm. These people are ''trusted traders'' - Beware!
