Installation of a fitted kitchen The quality of service from Magnet kitchens is absolutely awful and I would not recommend them under any circumstances!! I have no idea how they are part of the Trustmark scheme. Pretty much everything was done badly – they were very disorganised, failed to deliver items or delivered the wrong items, communication was really really poor and the quality of the installation was bad (over 30 snagging problems to date - some minor, some major). They initially refused to replace faulty items. The process has wasted huge amounts of my time through having to project manage and deal with multiple problems. The installers tried to fob me off a lot of the time when I pointed out faults and Magnet have shown very little interest in putting things right over many weeks. I also had to chase them for 7 weeks for a substantial refund I was owed and they put my email address and mobile number on their marketing lists after I asked them not to. Supplied and build our kitchen. The beginning was great, staff was friendly and provided us with all the information we needed, installation went ok and were happy with the kitchen at first, until it started falling apart. Few months later few encountered a problem where it could not be resolved by us, so we contacted magnet asking for help, since they supplied the kitchen and had their own builder to build for us, we had 24 month warranty with them, that whatever happens they are going to sort it out for us. After calling one of magnets places we bought our kitchen from, we were told that they can''t help as they don''t have any builders available, so I contacted the head office asking for help, after emailing for couple of months the issue was still there, and then they just started ignoring me, would not respond to my calls or emails. I contacted the builder as well, who said he does not work for magnet anymore, and these faults should be fixed by magnet and not him. It''s been over 4 months now, my kitchen is falling apart, there are so many faults with the kitchen that I can''t even imagine how can I be charged so much for this. Magnet is ignoring me and I am left on my own. I do regret paying so much money for this and I hope no one else have so many problems as I do.

New Kitched Absolultly discusting workmanship, supposed to be finished end on June 2014, still not finished now (January 2015). Cannot seem to get anywhere with this company.
