1 up 1 down self contained flat. My flat was the one above. Flat is in Bonhill Alexandria G83. From the moment I phoned they were pleasant and very professional and helpful to my situation. They were very easy to talk to , and for someone like me who finds it very hard to talk on the phone, especially discussing these matters , they put me at ease straight away and were exceptionally friendly. They explained the process in a very understanding manner

A 3-bed First floor flat plus loft conversion in a 1930s building, in E4 London. McCrae’s have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They have been professional, patient and friendly throughout. My sale has not been easy; the property was on and off the market plus the deal nearly fell through right at the end, but throughout the process the team at McCrae’s have helped me take the best course of action, read the market movements, strategised and encouraged. They have a fantastic attention to detail, they are responsive, even to the point of calling during out of hours to give updates and they have always given a level of service that i’d have never found elsewhere. I am of the opinion that house buying/selling doesn’t bring out the best in people, but McCraes are the exception; I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
3/4 bedroom end of terrace house in the E4 area McRaes are simply the best. The team are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their clients. Craig, Lisa, Jess and the team kept me informed throughout the selling and buying process. When I was unable to get to my solicitor, they picked up the paperwork, brought it to me to sign and returned it to them! What other estate would do that. Nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with any issues promptly and kept me informed all the way through to completion. If you want an experienced, knowledgeable team to sell or buy a property with, I could not recommend a better team than McRaes. As I said at the beginning simply the best.
2 bed bungalow in Wisbech St Mary Phoenix were exceptional. They updated us at least once a week. The purchase would not have been so quick without them. If I ever sell my home I will definitely use them.

Small listed town house in historic town in West Midlands We were very happy with Grant and Co. They did not see their job finishing by simply finding a buyer but followed the progress of the sale at all stages. They even helped with the removers when we had to postpone our first moving date. They are a very good match for old listed properties and understand the market well
A first floor 2 bedroom flat over 2 levels, located in the centre of Kilmarnock and 5 minutes walk to the train station. As the property has a quirky layout I thought it wiser to work with a company which could raise interest with investors. I have been impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, they have kept in touch throughout the process and to have the property sold within a fews weeks was a super outcome.
Semi-detached 3-bedroom house in Outwewll I received an excellent service from Phoenix. Professional throughout with a nice personal touch which made it so much nicer. I was kept informed at all time. The team did all the work to ensure all parties were aligned. The whole process was handled very well with no stress to me at all. If all service providers were as good, the world would be a much nicer place!
Detached four-bedroom property coastal location. Quiet residential area set back from the road Colebrook Sturrock proved to be good agents. They were unknown to me but were very helpful in facilitating the purchase. Both Vicki and Debbie were very responsive and progressed matters well. This was in marked comparison to my own agents through whom I sold my property, based in the TN12 postcode. They proved very unresponsive. Colebrook Sturrock with Debbie and Vicki outshone them by a golden mile. Thank you!
