2 Bed Apartment - Old Town I have rented a lovely 2 bed apartment from JDS this week and I would just like to express what fantastic service jay has offered. Jay offered us a pick up and drop off service, we viewed 4 apartments and picked the one we fell in love with, we then went back to his office and went through all the formalities which were:- Protecting the deposits, gave vast amount of information on The property ombudsman and the complaint procedures, I have never seen a remarkable service like this before. If anyone has a property to let out or you require one to let try JDS property group, trust me you will not go wrong. Well done Jay x

Small Chalet type building sit in own ground with views over the town of Looe in Cornwall and out to Sea and River. Seasons were my chosen letting agent for a number of years.During this time they showed their quality in operation and were very good communicators. A two bedroom ground floor maisonette with private garden. Our experience with Brian Cox was fantastic. David was highly professional, polite and remained so calm throughout the whole process. We were previously on with another agent and almost lost the property we were trying to buy as the other agent was unsuccessful at getting us a serious buyer. We then instructed Brian Cox who were extremely efficient at getting our property straight onto the market, within days they had lined up a number of viewings and within a week we had a serious buyer and had accepted an offer. Terraced house in Greenford, Middlesex I have only good things to say about the sales of the house. I was recommended by a friend who used Brian Cox to sell his mothers property and would recommend them to others should the opportunity arise. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and was hassle free. It was handled very efficiently and professionally and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.
Three Bedroom semi detached with large garden in Greenford. This agent was very local. They had been used by the seller (I''m her Executor) for a rental valuation & I had requested a probate valuation from them too. I found the agent I dealt with when it came time to sell pleasant , sympathetic, capable, willing, knowledgeable & competent. It is fair to say that I had agreed in advance their fee but that I feel they earned it fairly easily. That said I''m an Executor & my test of value for money is probably fairly easily passed. I had some very specific & fairly unusual requirements associated with marketing & advertising the property & these were apparently fully considered.I was disappointed that the one day on which I''d asked for no viewings because I was clearing out the property the agent badly failed to comply & a very inconvenient viewing had to proceed otherwise I would''ve felt churlish.
2 bedroom, 1st floor flat in Greenford This is my first time dealing with Brian Cox and it has been a great experience. Very friendly,RELIABLE trustworthy staff and particularly David Moyse at the North Greenford branch was willing to give sound advice based on his experience of the market. Despite the sale taking a while, through no fault but the solicitors, David was extremely professional to help to push the sale through with our interests at heart and was not afraid to be more involved. For this, I felt like I could rely on the business wholly.
