Just want to recognise the professionalism, the clarity and the courtesy of all the team at Safe and Healthy homes. From start to finish they have exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to others. The quote was itemised and produced digitally, the team arrived on the scheduled date and time, they completed the replacement of our soffits, Facias and guttering, took away all the rubbish and kept me informed of progress throughout the two day schedule. Really pleased with the finished works, thanks guys!

Removed existing bath, basin and WC, removed tiles: removed existing window and supplied new PVC window: Cut out plasterboard and replaced with cement board and moisture resistant plasterboard: Supplied and installed new shower and shower panels: fitted a seat for my disabled wife: fitted PVC panels to ceiling: Laid plywood and vinyl flooring: supplied vanity unit, WC unit and single piece basin and tap: removed radiator and installed towel rail: painted walls and supplied new skirting boards.

From our initial contact with Jane, to James doing the survey and Dave and Stuart doing the work, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were given plenty of guidance and advice. Any problems that arose were quickly resolved. Care was taken to protect our carpets and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. We were delighted with our new bathroom and everything was finished to a high standard. We have already recommended Safe and Healthy homes to our daughter and a friend. We will definitely be having more work done ourselves.

They replaced a rotten wooden fence post and installed a concrete spur to another post. They did a really neat and tidy job and it looks great. The rotten fence post was at the back of a border which was filled with plants and they took a lot of care to avoid damaging the plants. This wasn''t easy but I really appreciated it. They were very friendly and professional, arrived when they said they would and cleaned and tidied up before they left. They exceeded my expectations and I am sure I will be using them again.

Revamped our garden. Took down a wall, fencing, took up decking & slabs. Re laid the whole garden with high quality paving stones as chosen by us. Replaced all fencing and new lockable gate. Also replaced outside light, stained facial boards and renewed some guttering.

Nothing was too much trouble for the guys. They all worked extremely hard and got on with job in hand. We are delighted with our new garden and have already and will highly recommend their work. 11 out of 10 for the sevice and workmanship from start to finish. Prompt in coming to estimate, quick reply with quote and job was actually completed before due day. Very happy with everything.

This is the 3rd job they have done for me they responded promptly to my request and were happy for me to purchase the replacement light fitting .the workman arrived on time worked efficiently and tidily I have already arranged a visit to quote for another job that they will undertake for me

Scope of Work Integrated washing machine - Adjust machine as required and install customer supplied appliance door and hinge sets. Recut holes to door as required. Mark up and install handle Cut down and install customer supplied plinth. Install customer supplied handle to tall cupboard All Labour and Sundries.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. The whole process was easy and stress free. I contacted James on the Friday, he came out to quote for the work on the Monday, and work was completed on the Tuesday. They did an excellent job and were friendly and professional throughout. Thanks so much for such great service!

Supply and install Quickstep Flooring and underlay to kitchen and utility room, entrance hall and cloakroom. Lay underneath appliances. Install door bars. Take up existing flooring and carpet and dispose of.

We have engaged James and his team on several occasions in recent years and have recommended them to others. They are highly professional, their work is of the highest standard and they never fail to delight.

We have just moved house and had a list of small jobs which needed doing including replumbling the washing machine, installing new light fittings, retro-fitting spotlights, installing racking, repairing exterior flashing, picture hanging, wall-mounting two TVs, remedial ceiling and wall painting, refitting and rehanging a door.

James’s team has just spent a day and a half at our newly acquired house, undertaking a range of jobs from fitting new spotlights to installing racking and wall-mounting TVs, as well as doing some exterior work. The painting which they did afterwards to make good was immaculate; it is impossible to tell that parts of the walls have been repainted. When they come across a problem, they immediately go into solution mode and find a way. They are professional, multi-skilled and friendly, and good at clearing up afterwards. We have used their services on several occasions over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

Contacted Safe & Healthy Homes after a recommendation, James visited a couple of days later, explained our options helped with suggestions on materials etc. Estimate delivered quickly, itemising in detail the work to be carried out and a clear breakdown of costs. Paul and Nick turned up on time on the appointed day and quickly got to work with minimal disruption to us, They were friendly and helpful, cleaned up at the end of the day. Job completed on time and to an excellent standard. Can''t ask for more, highly recommended !

Nothing was to much trouble, and the whole team from Safe and Healthy Homes were well mannered ,courteous , from the start of ripping out the old bathroom fittings etc to the finish ,I can’t praise them enough , Special mention to Paul who was working on his own at start, thank you . Ceiling in kitchen treated and repainted as there had been a leak from the old bathroom,Thank you Neil and Richard too. From the start of the quote to the work being organised and completed a big thank you to James. We shall be using your services again in the future for definite. The whole experience of dealing with the Company from start to finish was so easy, every thing was explained ,times were adhered to and job completed on time. Can’t fault them at all. Will use again .

Removal of 3m patio awning and erection of new one

The new awning arrived on Monday early afternoon - and was up in place and operating by 4pm! The work in removing the old awning and erecting the new one required ladders and was a two man job. It was completed efficiently and quickly with no mess and no damage to patio pots, plants etc. The old awning was removed and disposed of by the company - a huge relief in that getting an awning this long to the tip would have been a problem for us. A very satisfactory result.

I find it very easy to get in touch via email to organise a visit to look at the jobs that I need doing. Estimates, invoices and receipts all done on line - perfect. Always punctual, respectful & tidy. Whilst he was here Stuart provided advice about some brickwork that clearly needed attention but I hadn''t noticed. This is what customer service is all about.

Removal of all cupboards and sink in utility room and install new along with all pipe work etc new work tops and splash backs which were reccomended rather than tiling.

The whole experience with Safe and Healthy Homes was excellant ,nothing was rushed in the planning everything was sorted carefully . A date was given and kept too.Employees arrived on time ,courteous and very pleasant ,there were no hidden costs and estimate was very reasonable. The Manager/Boss came along and checked we were happy with work and customer service was very good indeed. Any suggestions or thoughts we had were listened to and adhered to. Will definately use the company again ,and have already asked about other work we would like done .

We needed to repair or replace broken fencing. Quoting for the job: James arrived on time to estimate for the work and gave us a couple of options how he could do the job - a lower cost repair or a more expensive replacement. He was extremely professional and provided a fully itemised written quotation for both options, so we knew exactly what we would be getting for our money. The price for the replacement option was competitive with the other quotes we had, and with the major benefit that James''s quote was itemised. Doing the work: We chose the replacement option. Neil and Richard turned up on time and were polite, tidy and hard working. The work took 1.5 days as per the estimate. Neil and Richard''s workmanship was excellent and our new fence looks fantastic. Faultless service from start to finish.

Garden area renovated and surrounding border fences replaced, with some added repairs to masonry. All carried out to a high standard, with all rubbish removed and the whole area ready to use on completion.

I only had one on-site meeting with James where we agreed on the work to be done, I then left the country. From receiving the quotation, acceptance of costs and agreeing the start date, my dealings with Carol were professional and stress free. Work was started on time and finished as expected, despite it being early January. Although I was not around my neighbor did contact me to say there were no issues during the renovations and the team were respectful and professional at all times. Carol sent pictures of the completed job immediately and the whole area was transformed I would recommend James, Carol and their team to anyone, a very professional outfit.

Carol is very prompt in dealing with enquiries, arranging for estimates and work schedules and a delight to do business with. James who visited to discuss work required and supply estimates is very professional and inspires confidence. He himself fixed our problem WC which now works perfectly. Kenny and Tom who worked on our floor are thoroughly pleasant and competent young men. Paul (assisted by Tom) did a great job on removing our old bath and installing a new one. We were thoroughly impressed by the standard of workmanship and delighted that on completion everything was left clean and tidy. We have recommended the firm to our daughters and a neighbour.

Construction completed on 23/10/2018 ,everything went to plan,the finished work was excellent and all bits cleaned up well. Very pleased with everything from start to finish. No further comments to add .

Taking away flat house tiles which were on the border between earth and path.These were letting the earth spill onto the paths and become unstable. Replaced with custom sized treated timber planking fitted to timber supports which were hammered into the earth.

Professional, skilled work people, friendly and co-operative. Very trustworthy, and kept us informed of the progress of the job at all times. Cleared all rubbish and tidied up every evening before leaving. The bathroom looks amazing and is finished to a high standard, using good quality fixtures and fittings. A little glitch we had with air in the system during the work, was resolved within an hour even though it was 8pm. Billing and taking payment was efficient and easy, paperwork arrived promptly.Thank you James and team.

This was an excellent service - the work was started only days after we accepted the estimate and the service was friendly, clean and tidy and efficient throughout. The team was trustworthy - we had no concerns about leaving them with a key, and very reliable; they attended every day and worked all day until complete. The quality of the work was very good indeed, with thorough preparation and a great finish. They were able to accommodate a couple of bespoke features for us - e.g.to make a frame round a mural. This is the first time we''ve had help with decorating - we usually do our own. It was worth every penny and we would recommend Safe and Healthy homes very highly.

Two toilets failed. Both had walled systerns. Water running full flow none stop. Saw a van, took the details and made the call. Friendly and efficient team members, both on the phone and calling to do the repair. Very happy with the service. 5 ***** Would recommend them to anyone would most certainly call them out again. :o)

Cleaning/recoating grouting in shower cubicle. Renewing the fitting behind the toilet bowl and ensuring no leakage.. Re-furbishing up and over garage door frame.

Having James and his team has been very helpful to us,as it has given us the independence and convenience to stay in our own home,and also removed the worry from our children. Everything was carried in a very profeshional manner from initiating the enquiry to completion of the work. Timekeeping,actual work and tidying up have been exemplary. There has been instances where James has recommemded someone else in the unlikely event of the work not being within his scope. A pleasure to have the team in our home.

I should start by saying that this job was not easy. Several other painters had been contacted with results ranging from "That jobs to big for me". Acceptable. Having come and looked at the job saying "I''ve looked at my diary and I can''t fit you in" Unacceptable.Look at your diary before you turn up. Then James arrives, looks at the job,sees the problems, says he can come up with solutions to the problems he just needs to think about it.He contacts me with a quote .All broken down in detail. It''s accepted and on the due date the lads turn up. You''ve got James, the head man, Kenny, his second in command and go to guy on this job and last but not least Tom (A.K.A Little legs). They worked hard .Left the site clean each night and finished the job on time. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them.Well done lads and thank very much.

Not only was the work completed to a high professional standard, the arrangements, from first contact to estimate to starting the job on the designated day, were all extremely efficient. They managed to keep disruption to a minimum, despite the location of the job (hall, stairs and landing) The team were pleasant and considerate, and I would recommend them to anyone for this kind of work.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We received a detailed estimate, showing exactly what was to be done, what materials were to be supplied, timescale etc. The work itself progressed without any hitches, and most importantly, Paul was here everyday until the job was done (no disappearing off to do other jobs part way through!). Disruption was kept to a minimum, with the bathroom left usable as far as possible each day - we were not without a bath for even one night. There was no mess, and the carpets leading to the bathroom were properly protected - maybe a small thing but very important. Another important thing is that all of the work was completed by Safe and Healthy Homes themselves - plumbing, tiling, painting (except the electrics - and we knew that another contractor would come and do this from the outset). The quality of the finished job is excellent, and for the first time ever with work of this kind there is nothing of any significance that needs snagging. The invoice has been received promptly, and is exactly as per the estimate. No hidden costs. We have already asked for an estimate for our downstairs cloakroom, and look forward to having James, Paul and James back again. I have no hesitation in recommending Safe and Healthy Homes.

Really good experienced team of individuals. All work was done with real care and attention and within the approx timescales. No job is considered too small or too large. They were able to undertake other smaller jobs as well which were required including changing kitchen taps, lighting fittings and waste pipes. In addition to the bathroom, we have used Safe & Healthy Homes now for redecorating 2 bedrooms, fixing some mould problems and fitting a loft hatch. We have further rooms to refit, and will have no hesitation in using them again for this work.
